Dieser QUANCOM® PCI-Dekoder im TQFP Gehäuse ermöglicht einen schnellen und unkomplizierten Aufbau einer PCI-Karte. Mit der aufwendigen PCI-BUS Dekodierung braucht sich der Anwender dank dieses Dekoder-Bausteins nicht mehr zu befassen. Durch die Datenbreite von 32 Bit und der Möglichkeit Interrupts zu erzeugen, können mit diesem PCI-Decoder auch zeitkritische Anwendungen aufgebaut werden. Eine reichhaltige Treiberausstattung ermöglicht die einfache Programmierung unter Windows XP, 2000, NT bzw. Windows 95 / 98 / ME.

Mit diesem Baustein sind Entwickler in der Lage, PCI-Karten auf der Basis des PCI-Decoders zu entwickeln und zu vermarkten. Mit dem Kauf eines Dekoder Chips wird auch eine Lizenz der QLIB erworben, die dann an den Kunden weitergegeben werden darf. In der QLIB ist ein SDK vorhanden mit der die Treiber für die Karte installiert werden können. Durch die Verwendung der Programmierung von der PCIPROTO können erpobte Entwicklungen direkt mit diesem Baustein weiter verwendet werden.
